With 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve helped hundreds of women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond get stronger, leaner, and more confident by using strategies designed specifically for the midlife body.

My background includes decades as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and nutrition coach, along with certifications from canfitpro (FIS, PTS, HWL), DTS Fat Loss Coach, and Precision Nutrition.
